How to install and use simple ubuntu repo

Repo machine:
apt -y install dpkg-dev apache2 mkdir -p /var/www/repo/binary vim /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/default.conf (change root to /var/www/repo) service apache2 restart #download packages that you need cd /tmp/; apt download python-apt bridge-utils ifmetric mv /tmp/*.deb /var/www/repo/binary/ cd /var/www/repo dpkg-scanpackages binary /dev/null | gzip -9c > binary/Packages.gz
On target machine:
cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/repo.list
deb [trusted=yes] http://IP/repo binary/
apt update
